Similar to the first AMQ Festival there will be a compulsory registration fee payable that will cover as many classes as you choose to register for.
Class Registration $60.00. This fee will be payable by all students nominating for classes. It includes 4 days admission into the show and vendor mall, and also a fabulous tote bag containing some lovely surprises.
Festival Package is $100.00 This package is optional & includes the Class Registration fee with added benefits of a Commemorative Badge, at least 2 full patterns, 2.5m of quality Charles Parsons wide backing fabric, thread, a Quilt Tote, Business card folder, discount vouchers, listing in the show program, magazines and even more surprises. Over $300- value!
Gala Evening:$120- . This evening includes a sumptious 3 course dinner including beverage package (non alcoholic) and tea and coffee. Entertainment provided by Ricky Tims, Alzheimer’s Benefit Quilt Challenge Auction, exciting giveaways & door prizes.
Festival Photo DVDis $25.00 - this will be a fantastic professional DVD of photos of the quilt show and the festival itself. Great inspirational quilting shots to inspire you with your own quilting at your fingertips.
Class fees are listed with the class descriptions and payable at time of registration. All fees are GST inclusive.
All classes are currently listed with each teacher’s profile on the teachers page on the website
Class enrolments: Classes will be processed on a “First Come” basis. On-site class enrolments will be available for classes that are not filled. The class registration fee will still apply.
Class Change Policy
Class changes may be made up to August 31st, 2012 by regular mail or fax, and up to September 14th by email.
Any request for class changes must be made by email, regular mail or fax. No class changes by phone will be accepted.
Classes will be changed on a space available basis.
A $10 Class Change Fee will be charged for EACH class that is changed.
After September 14th, 2012 THERE WILL BE NO CLASS CHANGES
Class Additions:
Additional classes can be made prior to Sept 14, 2012 online and/or on-site at the show by pre-registered attendees dependent upon availability of classes. Mail-in class additions must be received postmarked by September 1, 2012 to allow sufficient handling time.
AMQ Festival Refund Policy for classes
50% of the registration fee is non-refundable
To cancel a class, mail your original confirmation to AMQF with your written request to cancel
Your request must be received no later than July 31, 2012
You will receive a full refund of class and event fees & 50% of registration fee
No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2012
Liability Waiver: Your participation and attendance, including family members and minors who accompany you, in any AMQF exhibit or event, either paid or unpaid, is conditional upon your agreement to hereby indemnify AMQF, its employees, volunteers, and contractors from any claim for injury, loss and/or damage caused by negligence in strict liability, or for any other reason. Your participation and attendance, in any AMQF class or lecture, either paid or unpaid, is also conditional upon your agreement to hereby indemnify AMQF, its employees, volunteers, and contractors from any claim for injury, loss and/or damage caused by negligence in strict liability, or for any other reason. Only registered students are permitted in any classroom. Your online acceptance or signed class registration form constitutes a binding agreement to this liability waiver contained in the class registration instructions. AMQF retains the right to cancel any class due to insufficient class enrolment, failure of teacher availability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of AMQF.
