Another NEW class is being offered on Saturday evening from 4.30-7.30pm from Heather Hopkins.
Edge to Edge Quilting on a domestic machine
Hands on Domestic machine
Suitable for Confident Beginner
This classroom will have 24 Brother machines generously provided by Brother Australia. There will be one machine per student.
Get your own quilts finished! Learn how to achieve the look of Edge to Edge quilting (E2E) on your quilt tops using a domestic machine. Heather will show you 3 different ways to apply this style of quilting to your quilts in this hands on workshop – having multiple application options means you can find a way that best suits you!
You will need to come to the class with a small (approx. cot size) quilt basted ready to quilt – bring your least favourite one to practice on.

We are also excited to have joining us as a Bronze Sponsor –
Kasa Engineering, Intelliquilter computer systems.
Intelliquilter has been present in Australia since they first started filling orders in 2006. In fact the very FIRST system off the production line is still going strong and will be in the booth at Festival! Not bad for a computer that is now 12 years old …. with all updates for free!
Intelliquilter has 5 different levels of computer systems to suit each customer. Come along and see it in action and to ask your questions to see if it is the right system for you. Being able to be installed on all brands and most models of longarm machines available in Australia today – it is the most versatile system available on the market.
