New and Improved AMQ Festival App
2016 was the first time AMQ Festival utilised a social media app personalised for our show.
After the results of our last show, with over 67% of attendees using the app for social interaction with each other, planning schedules, finding their classrooms and sharing photos, we are moving forward with even more included next time. The goal for this new, free app is to create a welcoming space for quilters to engage with each other, enter competitions, interact with exhibitors and each other and more…
Learn more, download and view the easy to follow schedule by clicking here.
This year we will be using this app to quickly and easily enter our

There is also going to be a photo competition!!
Upload photos to our Festival app of yourself, your friends, quilts, happenings, classes, demo’s, your shopping haul etc. Then as you look through all the photos uploaded in the app you need to ‘like’ your favourite photos.
At the end of the weekend the photo with the MOST LIKES will win a goodie basket of sewing items….
We will also be using this app to provide feedback on each class that you attend.
Navigate to the class you have just finished and simply click the ‘RATE’ button with the stars next to it. There will be 5 questions to rate your experience plus the opportunity to make comments. You will be reminded by your class angel at the end of your class to complete this important task. Feedback, both constructive and complimentary is very much needed to ensure we are providing the best experience we can. It is a learning tool for the teacher, to improve where needed and to the organising committee to understand your needs for next time.
