Vendor Application Form
Vendor space will be allocated in booths of 3m x 3m. Cost for a single booth is $2150-inc GST. There are no discounts for multiple booths. By special request we will offer limited booth’s as 2m deep x 3m wide booths for $1650- inc GST. Booths will be supplied by Adelaide Expo Hire. They consist of 2.4m high hard carpeted walls that you can use velcro or hook and chain. One 4Amp powerpoint , 2 spotlights and signage are included as standard. You will receive a personalised exhibitor package from Expo Hire prior to the event & they will contact you personally to coordinate your requirements.

Please read Vendor Terms & Conditions and tick the box above to acknowledge this. Submitting this online form indicates your acceptance of these. Your application is not a guarantee of acceptance to AMQ Festival 2018. Once your application has been approved you will receive an invoice for 30% of the booth fee as a deposit to secure your vendor booth. A booth will be held for a maximum of 14 days from approval email/invoice. Deposit received will secure your attendance.
